Author Guidlines

1. Scope and Focus

Analitika: Journal of Management and Business publishes high-quality scientific articles in the fields of management and business, including but not limited to:

Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Leadership and Organizational Development, Marketing Management and Consumer Behavior, Financial Management and Corporate Finance, Management Control, Operations Management and Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, Business Innovation and Digital Business, Corporate Governance and Business Ethics, Business Sustainability and Performance Management, Decision Making and Managerial Economics, Business Policy and Organizational Strategy.

The journal welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, and literature reviews that contribute to theoretical development and practical implications in management and business.

2. Types of Manuscripts

The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  1. Original Research Articles: Empirical studies using quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods.

  2. Conceptual Papers: Theoretical or conceptual analyses that offer new perspectives or frameworks.

  3. Literature Review Articles: Systematic or critical reviews of relevant literature.

3. Originality and Ethics

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by other journals.

  • Authors must ensure the manuscript is free from plagiarism. The similarity index should not exceed 20%.

  • All research involving human subjects must comply with ethical standards.

  • Any potential conflict of interest must be clearly stated.

4. Language

Manuscripts may be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Authors are encouraged to use clear, academic, and grammatically correct language.

7. Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and titled clearly.

  • Source information should be provided if adapted from other works.

  • Tables and figures should be placed close to the related text.

8. Citation and References Style

Analitika: Journal of Management and Business uses the APA (7th Edition) referencing style. Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley or Zotero.

9. Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. The editorial board reserves the right to accept, revise, or reject manuscripts based on reviewers’ recommendations.

10. Publication Ethics

The journal adheres to publication ethics standards, including policies on plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and duplicate publication.

11. Article Processing Charge (APC)

Analitika: Journal of Management and Business does not charge any article processing fees (APC). Submission and publication are free of charge.
